This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, bottled at its natural cask strength of 59.7%. It is Batch 12 of the cask strength series, which master distiller Billy Walker refines with each new batch.
The whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks. It has a chestnut-brown colour, a lively nose and a robust flavour.
