GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 7 is the latest release in the distillery's 10 year old cask strength series, bottled at 56.8% ABV. The series has become popular and sought after, particularly since one of its earlier batches was named world's best single malt in 2021.
The nose opens with heather honey, dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by orange peel, mocha and syrup. The palate is rich with dark chocolate, figs and heather honey. The finish carries raisins, cinnamon and plums, with a touch of orange peel.
