GlenAllachie 10 Years Cask Strength Batch 7 is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 56.8% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Master Distiller Billy Walker and is unfiltered, with natural colour.
The ten year old whisky is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, Rioja and virgin oak casks.
The nose offers heather honey, cinnamon, mocha and orange peel. The palate turns to dark chocolate, figs, raisins and plums. The finish is long, with spicy notes.
