GlenAllachie 10 Years Old Cask Strength Batch 11 is a Speyside single malt bottled at 59.4% in a 70cl bottle. Its maturation brings together Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and virgin oak casks.
Dark fruit and sherry sweetness meet cocoa, caramel, spice and oak. A few drops of water can open it further. The nose shows dark fruit, raisins, chocolate and spice. The palate has caramel, cocoa, dried fruit and oak spice. The finish is long, warm and spicy, with dark chocolate.
