Glenallachie – 10 Years Old Cask Strength Batch 9 (70cl, 58.1%)

Glenallachie 10 Years Old Cask Strength Batch 9 is a Speyside single malt, the ninth bottling in the cask strength series. The casks were chosen by Billy Walker, and the whisky matured for ten years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, together with Rioja wine casks and American virgin oak casks. It is bottled at 58.1% ABV, without added colour or chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle. Fruity and chocolatey aromas characterise the whisky.
