This is an 11 year old GlenAllachie single malt in a 70cl bottle, a limited edition finished in a specially selected Grattamacco wine cask.
The finish shapes the aromas, which are heather honey, toffee, dark chocolate, peaches, almond, orange and nutmeg.
The palate echoes those notes and adds red berries and spicy ginger.
