This is a 12 year old single cask GlenAllachie, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2024. It was matured in a Ruby Port pipe, cask number 7438.
The nose offers red berries, pickled honeycomb and caramel, with hints of mocha, strawberry sauce and Turkish delight. On the palate come rich chocolate, heather honey and blackcurrant cake, followed by cinnamon, toffee and a ginger spiciness.
