This is a 12 year old Glenallachie single malt, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 at 62.7% ABV. It was matured in a PX sherry hogshead and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is floral, with rose petals, mocha, heather honey, dark fig syrup, caramel and cinnamon. On the palate there are molasses, dark chocolate, caramelised brown sugar, raisin buttercream, dark plums and cherries, with warming spice.
The finish is long and intense, sweet and spicy, with dark chocolate, dried fruit and molasses.
