Glenallachie 12 Year Old is a single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2007 and bottled by Cadenhead in 2020 at 61.7% ABV. It spent all twelve years in a sherry butt and was bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
Sweet and salty, it has meaty notes in the finish, alongside ham on the bone, figs and caramel. The nose brings melted butter, fruit yoghurt, cherries and fine menthol notes.
