GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. The casks were selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, with a deep mahogany appearance.
The nose layers heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with mocha lingering behind. On the palate, orange zest, heather honey and damsons come first, followed by mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
