GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV. It is matured in a mix of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, red wine casks and virgin oak casks. The distillery has been run by Billy Walker since 2017.
This 12 year old was named World's Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards in 2025.
The nose offers heather honey, apricots and toasted almonds, with oak and spice. The palate is rich and complex, with honey, vanilla and ripe fruit in a soft, creamy texture. The finish is long and balanced, with warm spices and a light sweetness from the sherry casks.
