GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky matures for at least twelve years in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and it is unpeated.
The nose offers vanilla, oak and raisins with sweet spice. On the palate come apples and peaches with cinnamon, ginger, caramel and honey. The finish is long and warm, with spice, dried fruit and a little dry oak.
