GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the core expression from the Speyside distillery, made under Master Distiller Billy Walker. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matures in a combination of virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is sweet in flavour, with honey, marzipan, bananas and butterscotch.
