GlenAllachie 12 Years Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The spirit matures first in bourbon casks, then moves into PX and Oloroso sherry casks and new oak for a later stage of maturation. It was created by Billy Walker and was named World's Best Single Malt at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards.
The nose is rich with sherry, raisins, dried fruit and violets, alongside banana, nectarine, mango and honey. The palate brings dark chocolate, fig and gingerbread with baking spice. The finish is medium to long and drying, ending on oak tannin and clove.
