This is a single cask GlenAllachie, distilled in 2010 and matured for 13 years in a Madeira hogshead. It was chosen by Master Distiller Billy Walker and bottled in 2024 as part of the distillery's rebranding, and the cask gave 311 bottles at natural cask strength.
The whisky is full-bodied and intense, with sweet orchard fruits, butterscotch and caramel, and warming sweet spice running through the palate. The finish carries a lingering nutty note.
