GlenAllachie 15 Years is a Speyside single malt that has belonged to the distillery's core range since 2019. It matured for 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, hogsheads and puncheons chosen by Billy Walker. It is bottled at 46% ABV, and its dark colour is natural.
Raisins, sultanas, dark chocolate, banana and orange peel mark the nose. The palate brings dark chocolate cake, butterscotch, banana, orange peel and sweet spices, and the finish is long and fruity.
