GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Aberlour distillery, regarded as its flagship expression. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46%.
The whisky is predominantly matured in sherry casks, and is bottled non-chill-filtered and at natural colour.
The nose offers heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon. On the palate come fig syrup, mocha and treacle, then dark chocolate, sweet spices and more heather honey, with ginger on the finish.
