Glenallachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt launched in August 2019. Billy Walker had been working on the expression since 2017.
It was matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks, which give it a classic sherry character.
The nose offers dark fruits, toffee, spices and milk chocolate. The palate is smooth and silky, moving into dark chocolate, orange and a little oak.
