This is a Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, added to the core range in 2019 and refreshed in 2024. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour.
The whisky is matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, including puncheons and hogsheads, followed by a managed finishing period. It has a deep mahogany colour.
On the palate it is full-bodied, with cinnamon, orange zest, vanilla toffee and dark chocolate.
