This is a 15-year-old single malt Scotch from the GlenAllachie distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines brittle peanut and dates with a generous scoop of chocolate ice cream. On the palate come walnut, raisins, Christmas spices and fresh ginger. The finish brings coffee and Turkish delight, with a touch of flaky sea salt.
