This is a 16-year-old single cask Glenallachie, the second of two single cask bottlings made exclusively for the Netherlands. It matured in an oloroso sherry puncheon, was distilled on 18 May 2006 and bottled in June 2022. The cask gave 699 bottles at a cask strength of 58.7%, in 70cl bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The palate shows dried apples and pears, figs, syrup and honey. The finish brings walnuts, cinnamon and treacle.
