This is an 18-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenallachie, bottled by the distillery in 2024 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first 18-year-old bottling in the distillery's revamped presentation, and it is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
The whisky comes from a mix of American oak, virgin oak and sherry casks.
The nose offers toffee sauce, cinnamon and fresh vanilla pod, with cocoa, honeycomb and cherries. On the palate come marzipan, sultanas and dark chocolate, leading to wild honey, maraschino cherries and buttercream.
