This is an 18-year-old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, in a 70cl bottle. It was created under master distiller Billy Walker, who has more than 40 years in the industry.
The nose offers fresh vanilla, toffee, butterscotch and spice. On the palate come raisins, icing, heather and honey, with hints of red fruit, spice and rich chocolate.
