GlenAllachie 18 Years is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It has been part of the distillery's core range since 2018. The whisky matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and in new American oak, and the distillery's style has leaned towards sherry casks since Billy Walker took it over.
The nose is typically described as fresh vanilla, toffee, butterscotch and spice. The palate shows raisins, marzipan, heather and honey, with rich dark cherry, spice and hints of dark chocolate. The finish is long and sweet.
