Glenallachie 19 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Masters of Wood series, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Billy Walker first matured the whisky in ex-bourbon casks, then moved it into casks that have held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry in a solera system for more than 55 years.
This second maturation gives notes of dried fruit and warming spices.
