A 19-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenallachie, released in 2026 as part of the Masters of Wood series. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
The whisky matured in small Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks that had spent 55 years in a solera system in the sherry trade. Billy Walker bottled it after maturation, without colouring or chill-filtration.
