This is an 11 year old single cask GlenAllachie matured in a Sauternes barrel, cask number 3601. It was distilled on 7 October 2008 and bottled in May 2020 at 55.9%, yielding 304 bottles.
The whisky is golden in colour. The nose is full of heather honey, peaches, apricots and cinnamon. On the palate come heather honey, treacle, pineapple, peaches, sweet grapefruit and cinnamon.
