This is a 12 year old single malt from GlenAllachie in Speyside, bottled by Murray McDavid. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 at 50% ABV, without chill-filtering and with natural colour.
The whisky matured in a sherry butt and a first fill Cognac cask, and 771 bottles were filled.
The nose is buttery, with orange and milk chocolate. On the palate come creamy malt, fruity toffee and oak spice, and the finish is gentle, with soft fruits and mellow vanilla.
