This is a single cask GlenAllachie from Speyside, distilled on 2 June 2011 and bottled in September 2023. It matured entirely in an Oloroso sherry puncheon, cask 807032, which produced 709 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers dark raisins, fig cake, chocolate-coated nuts, cinnamon and orange peel, with polished oak. The palate is full-bodied and oily, with dates, sultanas, espresso, dark caramel and cocoa powder. The finish is long and warming, with sherry sweetness, oak tannins, cacao and dried fruits.
