It was matured in an Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 662 bottles, and it is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
The nose offers crème brûlée, rich oak and ex-sherry notes. The palate is big and malty, and the finish is powerful and long, with stewed fruits that linger.
