This GlenAllachie is a single cask Speyside malt from an Oloroso sherry hogshead, cask 687. The spirit was distilled on 14 August 2012 and bottled in July 2026, after almost 14 years in the cask. It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.3%, in a 70cl bottle, without added colour or chill-filtration. The outturn is 348 bottles.
The nose is mocha, cinnamon and crystallised ginger, with brandied orchard fruits, cherry buttercream and muscovado sugar. The palate brings chocolate, red berries and mocha, followed by apricots, heather honey, butterscotch, ginger and black cherries.
