GlenAllachie – 2014/2026 Sinteis Series Part III French Virgin Oak & Oloroso Casks (70cl, 57.4%)

GlenAllachie Sinteis Series Part III is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 at 11 years old. It was matured in French Limousin virgin oak and Oloroso sherry casks, then bottled at a cask strength of 57.4%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. The French oak brings structure, spice and toasted notes, while the Oloroso casks add dried fruit, nuts and sherry sweetness. The nose offers honey, candied orange, warm spices, raisins, figs and coffee. On the palate come dried fruit, caramel, nuts, dark chocolate, oak and citrus, followed by a long finish of spicy oak, sherry sweetness and toasted notes.
