This Glenallachie was distilled in 2015 and matured for 10 years in a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. It is bottled at 56.6% ABV as part of a 2026 UK Master Blenders Selection, with 351 bottles in the release.
The nose brings black cherries, mocha and molasses-soaked orchard fruits, with heather honey, butterscotch and glazed almonds. On the palate are plum syrup, baking spices and black cherry jam, followed by warmed honey, raisin butter and brandied figs.
