Glenallachie – 21 Year Old Batch 3 (70cl, 51.5%)

A 21 year old single malt from Glenallachie, this is Batch 3 of the 21 Year Old release, in a 70cl bottle at 51.5% ABV. It is uncoloured and non-chill-filtered. Glenallachie was built by Mackinlays in 1967 to supply its blends after an upturn in sales in the US. The distillery later passed through Invergordon Distillers and Pernod Ricard, and it is now in the hands of Billy Walker, who has pushed it as a single malt brand since 2017.
