GlenAllachie 21 Years Old Batch 6 is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, put together by Billy Walker from sherry casks. This 2024 edition combines Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons.
The nose is rich with raisins, dried dates, dark syrup, leather, orange peel and cinnamon. On the palate it is full and powerful, with dark chocolate, espresso, black cherry, nutmeg, walnuts, oak spice and a hint of tobacco.
The finish is very long, with dry sherry spice, dark fruit and oak.
