GlenAllachie 30 Year Old Batch 4 is a cask strength single malt bottled at 49.1% ABV. Master distiller Billy Walker selected three Pedro Ximénez casks and two Oloroso casks for the batch, drawing on the distillery's stocks of long-aged whisky.
Sherry maturation is at the heart of this bottling. It is described as combining wild berries, melting chocolate fondant and wild Scottish honey.
