Glenallachie 30 Years Old Batch 2 is a Speyside single malt bottled at 50.8% in a 70cl bottle, limited to 2,000 bottles.
It comes from eight casks chosen from the 50,000 held across the distillery's 16 warehouses. Six of them, from the 1990 and 1991 vintages, held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry. The other two are 1990 casks of virgin American oak, toasted and charred to a medium level.
