This is Batch 4 of the Glenallachie 30 Years Old, the latest 30-year-old release from the Speyside distillery. It is bottled at its natural strength of 49.1% in a 70cl bottle.
As is usual for the distillery, sherry casks take the lead here. The whisky was matured in three Pedro Ximénez casks and two Oloroso casks, chosen by Billy Walker.
It is unpeated and was released as a very limited edition.
