A 35 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, from the 1990 vintage and released in 2026. Master Distiller Billy Walker selected the casks, which were held in the distillery's dunnage warehouses, and the whisky combines Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry. It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.2%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, in a 70cl bottle. The nose offers mocha, crystallised cinnamon and treacle tart, with cocoa, toasted hazelnuts and a little pineapple. On the palate come cocoa, baking spices and chocolate-coated raisins, with coconut, sandalwood and honeycomb. The finish is long and warming, with spice, dark chocolate and dried fruits.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
