Glenallachie 35 Years Old is a Speyside single malt laid down in 1989 and released in 2024. It is the oldest single malt the distillery has bottled so far. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration.
The whisky matured in three kinds of cask: Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, an Oloroso sherry puncheon and two virgin oak barrels. The casks used were numbered 5896, 5897, 5898, 5587, 2152 and 2153. Billy Walker bottled it.
