The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Master Distiller Billy Walker chose a mix of casks for it: Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, with a small share of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques.
The result is a bronze-coloured spirit with a sherry-matured character. It joined the distillery's core range as a newer expression.
