This is an 8 year old Glenallachie single malt from Speyside, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was made from a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, together with a small amount of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques. The sherry gives it a mature sophistication.
