It comes from a single cask, with 315 bottles filled at a cask strength of 57.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The Pedro Ximénez cask is credited with a rich sweetness, with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and sweet caramel.
