GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Rye Wood Finish is a golden single malt from Speyside. It was matured in American oak barrels, then re-racked into Kentucky rye casks.
The rye casks are bold and punchy, with toasting and charring levels that differ from the American oak. Combined with the rye maturation, they add a rich and spicy twist to the GlenAllachie style.
