A nine year old Speyside single malt from Glenallachie, bottled by Murray McDavid for its Benchmark collection. The spirit went into a dry Oloroso cask from Jerez as clear new make, and it has since taken on a deep copper colour.
Spices have worked their way into the juicy malt. It is bottled at natural cask strength, with natural colour and no chill-filtration, in an edition of 343 bottles.
