GlenAllachie Distillery Edition is a Scottish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% abv. It is made with pure spring water drawn at the foot of Ben Rinnes and matured in oak casks.
The distillery spent a long time under foreign corporate ownership. In 2017 Billy Walker and his partners formed the GlenAllachie Distillers Company and bought it, making it an independent Scottish business again.
