An Irish single malt from Glendalough, aged 7 years and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This is a limited release.
The whisky matured in bourbon casks of American oak and was then finished in casks of Japanese Mizunara oak.
The nose is lively, fruity and floral. The palate has a silky texture, with dark chocolate and orange, sandalwood and cinnamon. The finish is exceptionally long, with toasted oak, oriental spices and dark chocolate.
