Glendalough Leinster Pot Still Irish Whiskey Batch 1 Tree 11B (43%)

A triple-distilled Irish pot still whiskey from Glendalough, bottled at 43% ABV. This is Batch 1, Tree 11B. It matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks and was then moved into virgin Irish oak casks made from wood grown in the Wicklow Mountains. The oak comes from old trees and gives the whiskey wood, spice, vanilla and herbal notes alongside the pot still grain, the sweetness of the bourbon casks and a touch of malt.
