Glendronach 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for twelve years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers stewed dark fruits, sultanas and cinnamon, with brown sugar, orange peel and a touch of leather. The palate is full and velvety, with dark cherry, toffee, nutmeg and fig jam over a malty base. The finish is long and warming, with light spice, dried fruit, cocoa and roasted nuts.
