GlenDronach – Ode To The Valley Master's Anthology (70cl, 46.2%)

GlenDronach Ode To The Valley is a limited edition Highland single malt in the Master's Anthology Series, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered. It was matured in a combination of ruby port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley and the distillery's sherry barrels. Master Blender Rachel Barrie created the series to explore the versatility of sherry cask maturation, and this is its fruit-driven expression. It is described as having late-summer fruit, spice and honeyed depth, with berry compote, gingerbread and roasted apple crumble.
